The Gungahlin Region On-line! classifieds are free for residents of the Gungahlin Region.

Classifieds are placed on this web site as a community service, and are done so in good faith.

Guarantees

We cannot guarantee the legal ownership of any item placed under the 'For Sale' category, nor can we guarantee any claims made about the quality and so forth of an item.

We also cannot accept responsibility for losses, damages, costs and other consequences resulting directly, or indirectly, from using any of the information contained within Gungahlin Region On-line! classifieds.

Format

Classified adds can be sent to us via Email.  All we require are details of the classified (ie, brief description) and a contact name and phone number of the advertiser (this will be published on the site).  A photo is optional.

We may refuse/remove a classified add

We reserve the right to refuse to place a classified on this site for any reason, and we may remove a classified at any time without notice for reasons including (but not limited to) available space.

We may also be unable to publish a classified due to time constraints.  Therefore, if you are advertising (say) a Garage Sale please allow us time to get the information onto the site.

Let us know when your classified is 'completed'

It is the classified advertisers responsibility to inform us once their classified has been 'completed' (eg, the sale of an item).  This will stop the classified advertiser from receiving unwanted phone calls.  Upon notice of this we will remove the classified.

Business Promotion

Gungahlin Region On-line Classifieds are not intended to be used to promote business activities.  This can be done by placing an add on our very competitively priced "Gungahlin Region On-line! (Internet) Business Directory"
